Duty, VAT, anti-dumping & customs into Ukraine
Beyond the standard import duty (by HS 7305/7306 sub-code) and 20% import VAT, certain Chinese steel pipes are subject to Ukrainian anti-dumping duties — an additional measure that can materially change the landed cost.
