Galvanized coil (GI) is cold-rolled steel hot-dip coated with zinc for corrosion resistance — the base for roofing sheet, purlins, profiles, ducting and pre-painted (PPGI) lines. The single most important, and most cheated, spec is the zinc coating weight, quoted as Z80 through Z275. We source GI from verified mills against the coating class you actually specify.
An under-coated 'Z120' coil that is really Z60 looks identical in a photo and corrodes years early in the field. We verify the mill test certificate, check coating weight and spangle on inspection, and gauge both base-metal and coated thickness, so you are not paying for zinc you did not receive.

How do you verify the zinc coating weight?
We check the coating class on the mill test certificate and confirm coating weight on pre-shipment inspection, so a Z180 order is not delivered as a lighter coating.
What coating classes can you supply?
Z80 through Z275 (g/m²), matched to your application — lighter for indoor profiles, heavier for exposed roofing and outdoor structures.
Can you also supply pre-painted (PPGI)?
Yes — we source PPGI as well. Tell us the colour (RAL), coating and topcoat and we source it from the same verified producers.
