Why can't my supplier just ship to me directly?
Many Chinese sellers, especially on 1688, only ship domestically and don't handle export, foreign payment, or international couriers. Domestic delivery bridges that — they ship to us, and we export.
Can you collect from several suppliers?
Yes — that's the point. Any number of sellers ship to our warehouse and we consolidate everything into one outbound shipment.
Do I need a Chinese address or bank account?
No — you use our warehouse address, and we pay domestic shipping and the sellers in RMB on your behalf.
What about cash-on-delivery orders?
We settle COD when the goods arrive at our warehouse, so sellers who require it aren't a problem.
Do you check goods when they arrive?
Yes — quantity and condition on check-in, with photos on request. A full inspection is available too.
How long do you hold goods before shipping?
Until the rest of your suppliers' deliveries arrive and you're ready to export. Storage terms are flexible.
Can you repack for international shipping?
Yes — domestic packaging often isn't built for the long route, so we repack where needed.
