We pull the company's record from China's national enterprise credit registry (QCC / the National Enterprise Credit Information System) to confirm the business licence, legal representative, registered capital and business scope, and we screen for court judgments, operating-abnormality flags and blacklist entries. On Alibaba we also check Verified/Gold Supplier status and trade history — but the registry and an on-site visit matter far more than platform badges.

The national registry at gsxt.gov.cn confirms that a company exists, what it is licensed to do and whether it is still active, and the court and customs databases show disputes and export history. What a free check cannot show is whether the registered address is a working plant, whether the equipment matches the claim, or whether capacity exists for your order — that needs someone on the ground.

A company check answers whether the legal entity is real, licensed and clean. A factory audit answers whether there is a plant behind it that can make your product at your volume. A trading company can pass the first and fail the second, which is exactly why we run them as two levels rather than one service.

Not for the documentary part — registry, court and customs records are public and searched without contacting anyone. An on-site audit is different, because the factory has to let our inspector in, so it is arranged openly. Most genuine factories treat an audit request as normal business and cooperate.
