Cold-rolled coil (CRC) is hot-rolled steel further reduced for tighter thickness tolerance, a smoother surface and better formability — the grade you need for stamped parts, appliance panels and substrates for galvanizing or pre-painting. We source CRC from verified Chinese mills in standard drawing and commercial grades.
Because cold-rolled steel is judged on surface and tolerance, those are exactly where it goes wrong: out-of-spec thickness, visible roll marks or scratches, or oil and rust from poor packing in transit. We check the mill test certificate, gauge thickness, inspect the surface under proper light, and confirm packing and VCI protection before the coil ships.

What thickness tolerance can you hold?
We source to standard CR tolerances for the grade and gauge it on inspection. Tell us your required band and we confirm it against the mill test certificate and our own measurement.
How is the surface protected in transit?
Coils ship oiled with VCI and edge protection; we confirm packing before the container is sealed and photograph it, because most CR surface damage happens in handling.
Can you supply cold-rolled and galvanized together?
Yes — CR and GI coil can be consolidated into one shipment, which is useful if you run both forming and coated lines.
