It's the opposite of the usual import experience, where a low freight quote is followed by a duty bill, a VAT bill, and a clearance fee you didn't budget for. With DDP you know your landed cost before you commit — and we carry the customs work.

What does DDP mean?
Delivered Duty Paid: the seller or forwarder delivers to your door with all freight, duties, VAT, and clearance paid. You receive the goods with nothing more to pay.
What's included in the DDP price?
Pickup, freight, export and import clearance, duty, VAT, and last-mile delivery — one fixed number, no surprises on arrival.
How is DDP different from DAP?
Under DAP you still clear import customs and pay duty and VAT yourself; under DDP we do that and include it in the price.
Do I need a customs account or registration?
No — that's the point of DDP. We clear on our account, so you don't need to be set up as an importer.
Is DDP more expensive?
The bundled price can look higher than a bare freight quote, but it includes the duty, VAT, and clearance you'd pay anyway — and removes the risk of surprise charges. Often it's similar or cheaper once everything's counted.
Can I get DDP for any product or country?
For most goods to our core destinations, yes. Some restricted goods or markets need a different setup — we'll tell you up front.
What if I'd rather handle customs myself?
We also offer freight-only and standalone brokerage, so you can self-clear if you prefer.
