The challenge
The client wanted to launch their own supplement brand — capsules and powders — rather than resell someone else's. That means finding a manufacturer that can produce to formula, hold quality across SKUs, and handle compliant own-brand packaging, all from overseas.
Supplements are unforgiving: the formula, the fill, and the labelling all have to be right, and a paper-only supplier you can't inspect is a real risk for anything people put in their bodies.

Sourced the maker
We found a manufacturer able to produce the client's supplement range to formula and run their private-label order — not a trader bundling other brands.

Worked through samples
We went back and forth on physical samples — capsules, powders, and finishes — so the product was right before packaging was locked in.

Set up own-brand packaging
We arranged the private-label bottles and labelling, matching format and presentation to what the client wanted on the shelf.

Checked and shipped
The order was inspected and consolidated for shipment to the UAE.

The result
The client launched their own supplement line — formula and finish approved by sample, packaged under their own brand — sourced direct from the manufacturer and shipped to the UAE.
They moved from reselling to owning a branded range, with a manufacturer relationship they can reorder against. The sample wall in our office still holds the references from this and dozens of other sourcing projects.
We wanted our own supplement brand, and they handled it end to end — finding the manufacturer, getting the samples right, and sorting our own-brand packaging.
