The challenge
The client needed galvanized steel coil, slit coil and reinforcing bar for construction, and kept landing on trading companies instead of the mill. Every quote carried a margin, and from abroad there was no dependable way to separate a real producer from a reseller.
On an order of this size, the bigger worry was paying a large balance for steel they had never seen, to a supplier they couldn't verify, with no direct line back to the mill if the gauge, coating or grade came up short.

We searched Chinese-language channels and our own network to reach a mill that produces galvanized coil and rebar to the client's spec — not a trader re-selling mixed output.

Our team walked the galvanizing line, the slitting line and the coil warehouse, confirming a genuine producer rather than an office badge-labelling someone else's steel.

Negotiated mill-direct
We quoted and negotiated in Mandarin at the factory, so the price reflected domestic mill rates across the coil and rebar lines without a middleman's markup.

Inspected before balance
Coils and bar were checked against the agreed spec — gauge, coating and grade — before the balance was paid, so the client only released the final payment once the goods were confirmed.
