Solar modules and inverters, mill-checked for Poland

A solar EPC was about to buy from a 'factory' that turned out to be a trading company. We found the real manufacturer, verified the line, and shipped a full container of modules and inverters — inspected, with no customs surprises.

The challenge

The client runs solar installations and needed modules and inverters at manufacturer prices. The supplier they had lined up looked convincing online — but the numbers and the vague answers about production didn't add up.

Buying a full container of panels from a trader means paying a margin and losing any direct line to the factory if a module underperforms or a warranty claim comes up later.

What we did

  1. 1

    Exposed the trader

We checked the 'factory' the client had found and confirmed it was a trading company re-selling panels — not the manufacturer it claimed to be.

  2. 2

    Found the real maker

We sourced an actual module manufacturer on domestic channels whose line matched the wattage, cell type, and certifications the client's projects needed.

  3. 3

    Verified the line

We confirmed the plant produces in-house — walking the lamination and junction-box stations — rather than badge-labelling someone else's panels.

  4. 4

    Inspected before shipping

Modules and inverters were checked against spec before dispatch, then consolidated into one container for Poland.

The result

The client bought modules and inverters direct from the manufacturer, at a price with no trader's margin, and with a factory they could go back to for warranty and repeat orders. The container was inspected before it left and cleared Polish customs without surprises.

Catching the trading company before any money moved was the real win — it avoided a costly mistake on a full container of panels.
