The client wanted to launch their own brand of cat litter rather than resell someone else's. That means finding a real litter manufacturer, locking down the granule quality, and getting custom-printed retail bags right — all from overseas.
Cat litter lives or dies on the details buyers actually feel: clumping, dust, and odour control. Get the granule wrong and no amount of nice packaging saves the brand.

We found a bentonite cat-litter manufacturer able to produce to the client's formula and run their private-label order.

We worked through physical samples — clumping, dust, granule size and shape — so the product itself met the standard before packaging was even discussed.

We arranged the custom-printed own-brand retail bags, matching size and fill weight to what the client wanted on the shelf.

The order was checked and consolidated into a full container for Ukraine.
